Four hours. Every booking is charged at a minimum of four hours, so a short delivery or crane lift is fine.
Do you charge more for nights and weekends?
Yes. Hours before 6am, after 6pm and on weekends are charged at a higher rate than weekday day work, and your quote shows it. Night, early-morning and weekend works are standard for our crews.
Do I need a council permit, and who lodges it?
Tell us the site and the work and we’ll tell you what’s needed. We draw the traffic guidance scheme in-house, then lodge council permits and road occupancy licences and chase them for you.
Can you take short-notice jobs?
Yes. We take bookings 24/7. Send the job through and we’ll call you back within the hour.
Do your controllers sign on to the SWMS?
Yes. Every controller signs on to the job’s SWMS on their phone before they start, and the site supervisor signs the timesheet every shift.
